Denway Motors Limited (the "Company") is an investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries (together the "Group"), jointly controlled entities and associates are principally engaged in an integrated range of activities relating to the manufacturing, assembly and trading of motor vehicles, the manufacturing and trading of automotive equipment and parts in the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") and the manufacturing and trading of audio equipment in Hong Kong.

The Company is a limited liability company incorporated in Hong Kong. The address of its registered office is Room 801, Citicorp Centre, 18 Whitfield Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The Company's shares have been listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 22 February 1993.
